I have always been interested in health and fitness and also in wanting to help others to have a better quality of life. After finishing uni when I was 19, I have spent many years working in the Aged / Disability care sector alongside running my own massage and fitness business, and it was from here that I realised my desire to show that we all have the power, and the responsibility, to really make a difference to our own health and well being. I love being able to help people realise their own potential and also being a part of creating communities through health and fitness.
I love being active and after having a go at lots of different sports and activities over the years, I am currently enjoying swimming, the gym, and Triathlons. I believe that we can be strong and fit and well at any age and appreciate that our health should be a priority.
